Jen Haydu offers full body table massage, traditional Thai massage, Thai yoga therapy and therapuetic flying. Her belief is that we are living in a social culture that is touch deprived, and aching for connection and nourishment. So many of us are busy, stressed, and isolated despite the constant message to do-do-do. We need to pause, feel into our tenderness, and be held with kindness. We need to receive this loving-kindness so we can then pour it back into the world. Jennifer pours this understanding into her work, with a particular passion for Thai massage which she has studied in depth. Find out more here. Sessions can range from one to three hours either at Evolution Studio or in your own home.

Massage Therapy

Yoga therapy customizes the tools and practices of yoga to meet your individual health needs on multiple levels. It is a form of health care and can complement the management of chronic health issues. Yoga therapy has been effectively used to treat back pain, heart conditions, asthma, chronic fatigue, hypertension, multiple sclerosis, side effects of chemotherapy, depression, anxiety, PTSD and many other physical and mental challenges.

Yet yoga therapy can be a path to greater balance for anyone, at any stage in life by assessing and integrating the many aspects of well being in a purposeful plan for lifestyle changes and self care. The difference between this type of coaching and dropping into a group yoga class is that your practice will be tailored specifically to your needs, and set you on a path for home practice.

Yoga Therapy

Jennifer incorporates her expertise in movement therapy, fitness, body mechanics, lifestyle coaching, yoga, massage and meditation into her wellness coaching. She offers a series of assessments and questionnaires to help you explore changes to your lifestyle and habits that will help you create greater balance and vitality. Your sessions may include guided exercise sessions, but also education, exchange of ideas, guidance in home practices, goal setting, and accountability. Massage therapy and the learning of self massage techniques may be included. Wellness coaching is tailored to the needs of each client so the mixture of these aspects will be specific to you.
